I just came to Precision Dental Clinic again, because I had some gum pain but I was so relieved after my treatment with Dr. Shweta here. Hello, good morning everyone, my name is Sagar Mistry, senior partner with HKMS Group. I’m here today to give a video testimonial to Precision Dental Clinic. I had a very wonderful experience with the Precision Dental team. For the first time ever in my life, now I’m no more afraid to visit a dentist. The complete procedure for root canal, getting a new tooth done, everything was completely pain-free, which was a very new and different experience for me. So, I wanted to actually give a testimonial for Dr. Shweta and her team at Precision Dental Clinic. I think it’s a well-deserved testimonial because for me, my daughter actually told me that the dental pain and the scale of pain when you’re having a toothache, it is number two on that list. And for me, on a weekend, I woke up with excruciating pain and I called up Dr. Shweta and told her that I need to rush in, I need help. And to my surprise, what impressed me with them was she was there on a weekend to receive, and hence further on, they actually explained the whole process to me. They had a whole team work and treat me. So the difference I felt over here with Precision and the previous dentists that I’ve met is that they actually take their time, they walk you through it. They do not allow you to rush them to give a solution or to treat you. And I think that’s in effect, worked well for me because after the treatment, I’ve not had any worries or any side effects that usually happen with the other dentists. So once again, a big thank you to Dr. Shweta and the team at Precision Dental.

I just want to say something about Dr. Swe Bu of Precision Dental.

and I found her to be very good, very efficient,

So, I came to Precision exactly about a year back when I had a problem with my broken crown, a load of self-doubt on what was the situation and it was very reassuring for me to come here and meet the panel of doctors who are so collaborative to make sure that I got the best treatment. So I had a problem of overcrowding with my teeth, and I didn’t really smile with my teeth because they were very crowded and I didn’t like the way they looked. So I decided to get braces done and they’ve helped a lot with my confidence and my teeth look really nice now so I like smiling with my teeth especially after I got my braces off, and I am really happy with getting my braces done here.

I am very particular about who I choose to work on my teeth so I have to have confidence in people and I have to have trust in them, and this is what I have got with you and this is what I have found with you, which is why I decided I was going to have my teeth done here. Previous dentists have not been so clinical and have not been so thorough as you have been. The experience itself – I think it has been absolutely phenomenal, I think the staff at the front desk are very good, the way they follow up after appointments and before appointments, I think that’s very good. Coming here I don’t wait very long. They know my name when I walk in, I am only waiting 2 or 3 minutes, I come in and sit down which is helpful with the orthodontist and we have a good conversation and it gets explained what’s going to happen and it makes you feel comfortable and that’s something I need as big as I am – I really need to feel comfortable because I am not going to say scared of dentists, but I do have a distrust in them – so you know I think the whole experience has been very good. Would I come back? Yes I would – would I recommend you? I already have. I am a hundred percent satisfied and it is not very often I say that.

Hi everyone, I’ve just been through with my last session with Dr. Punit, and I’m so happy with the outcome.

Honestly, I was like a problem patient who had to go through a long procedure. I had a lot of difficulties with my own experience.

Dr. Punit has been very supportive, and I have come through to the other side with a much better outcome than I ever could have expected.

We have seen each other many, many times. It got to a point where your office was probably my second home.
I’d like to thank you from the bottom of my heart because I was in so, so much pain. I had never met you; I had never been to a dentist out here; I am one of those people who prefers to avoid doctors, dentists, and anything that appears like it will be torturous at all costs.

I came to Precision Dental Clinic to have some orthodontic work done on my teeth.

So I knew that I always had issues with the gum so I was not surprised when Dr. Shweta said that I would need another deep cleaning, as my last deep cleaning experience was not so pleasant in the end, I was a bit afraid of the treatment and in the end everything her went out very well, and I felt very comfortable I had 2 treatments we did the sites separately and with that I felt very comfortable throughout the whole treatment with Dr. Shweta and the whole team followed up with me so I did not have any concerns before or after so yeah I am very happy here and I can only recommend Precision dental if you have any similar issues or other issues with your teeth, please visit them.
